Denise has a background in psychology and counselling and is currently undertaking her Honours in Psychology at Flinders University. She specialises in designing, writing and delivering programs for people on the autism spectrum and is a passionate supporter for living your best life.
Her advocacy and active support for self-determination and autonomy is a life-long passion that is guided by the experiences and lives of her two adult sons who are on the autism spectrum.
Outside of work, Denise is a keen runner and fitness enthusiast who enjoys spending time outdoors.
Justin (Yong Kang) holds a Master degree in Social Work from Flinders University and a Bachelor degree in Psychology with a minor in Health Psychology from Murdoch University and has a diverse work experience including a background in the hospitality and finance sectors.
He believes in working collaboratively with participants and their support teams to empower people to achieve their desired goals. Justin acknowledges every individual’s unique lived experience and believes that identifying this is fundamental in achieving the best outcomes for participants.
When not at work Justin enjoys looking for new cafes and restaurants to try, and spending time with his family.
Jessica has a background in psychology with experience in Functional Behavioural Analysis, Positive Behaviour Support and is currently completing her PhD in Clinical Psychology at Flinders University.
She is passionate about working alongside individuals and their carers to support inclusion within their communities and reach their goals. Jessica works with clients in an understanding and encouraging manner to develop a safe therapeutic relationship, as this is fundamental in moving towards positive change, tailoring her approach to the individual needs and goals of each person.
Jessica loves to spend her free time with her pack of Chihuahuas, Vaydah, Gimli and Chase.
Allie (Jieying) has a Master of Social Work from Flinders University and a Bachelor of Social Work from China. She is trilingual, being fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese and has experience in working with individuals from diverse backgrounds with mental health challenges and disabilities within community, residential facilities and school settings.
She is passionate about making a positive difference in people’s lives through building the participant’s capacity and improving connections between the person, the environment and community around them.
Outside of work, Allie enjoys hip-hop dancing, swimming and spending time with friends and her cat Peachy.
