Accessing Health & Wellbeing Information Survey Launched

Active Inclusion, with the support of Wellbeing SA and NDSP, is conducting a survey for people living with disability to gather feedback on the experience of individuals and caregivers when accessing health and Wellbeing lifestyle information online.

Having a positive wellbeing is fundamental to the overall health of individuals and communities alike. Your response will provide insight into the motivation to access and use this type of information that is relevant and supportive of people with disability, their families and caregivers.

Administered exclusively by Active Inclusion, the survey is anonymous and will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Questions include, where you access Wellbeing information, which sites are doing this well and what information will improve the online user experience for people living with disability to access Wellbeing information and activate a healthy lifestyle.

We have attempted to design this as an accessible survey so that people with varying hearing, movement, sight, and cognitive abilities can complete it. However, we understand if you would like this survey in an alternate format or support to complete this. Please contact us on 08 8122 6735 or by email on to best support you.
